Guys help me decide on where to surprise my hubby for our third wedding anniversary!?

Our anniversary is in November I was thinking of Palm Springs, Big Bear Lake, or the Casino Morongo. We went to Palm Springs twice a year, but not all. We were never together at Big Bear, and we played Morongo, but never stayed at the hotel. Loves to play at the casino. I'm not a great player, but I know he really likes. big bear is not gambling and choices of other 2 do. What do men want ???!!! Thanks in advance! BTW I live in Southern California (Los Angeles County).
